Personal Development Coaching is the key to a happier, healthier life. I help people to change negative emotions and painful patterns, eliminate anxiety and fear, so they see a clear and enriching life path forward. Coaching increases the clients personal power and resources to get the results they want.
As a solution focused coach, I will share with you the tools and techniques to make changes to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life. Using Solution Focused processes, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programing) and IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Technique) along with perspective-challenging practices, we will set clearly defined objectives and purposefully work to achieve them.
I will meet with clients virtually, using Zoom, Skype, FaceTime or other platforms, in person or a combination of both. And because coaching is a cumulative process, we will work together by booking multiple sessions in a row, usually weekly, so momentum is carried through to results. Clients come to the session prepared to work on the areas of their life they would like to transform and master.
